I’m currently an RYT200, working towards my 300-hour. I teach Vinyasa, Yin, and others. Practicing many styles and learning more about each one has been such an amazing journey. I’m blessed to be living this life and I hope to be able to bring wonderful things to you.
I’m an Ohio-transplant now living in the North Georgia Mountains. Wow, what a difference in the weather, that’s for sure! I’ve been here now since 2011, and am loving life. I’m a wife, step-mom, and dog momma who loves the great outdoors and more. I am an avid essential oil lover, and currently losing weight through my ketogenic lifestyle, and can’t wait to share all kinds of goodies with you here, along with lots of yoga goodies!
My husband is gluten-free too, and that was a whole learning curve for me, but I’ve started whipping up all kinds of keto/GF recipes so we can both be happy with just one meal.
We also hunt, yep that’s the truth. Although I’m an avid yoga lover and teacher, I’m not one to judge meat eaters. And I happen to be one myself. So while I might take some flack for that, I really don’t care. I’m not going to pretend to be who I’m not, online or anywhere else.
